I get sent so many Hip Hop mixtapes on a daily basis, I’m always pleasantly surprised when I receive a soul/R&B one. They’re extremely rare, and good ones – they’re even rarer*. But this is Raheem DeVaughn we’re talking about now. We all know what he’s about and for those who don’t, shame be on your head. He’s incredibly dope and extremely talented. His voice is crazy. Anyways, Art of Noise is a 19 track, free mixtape which he’s putting out in preparation of his new album The Love & War Masterpeace.
